Our facility is a leader in dementia care, and specializes in the treatment and care for those with Alzheimer's disease. We offer two distinct units with private rooms, and a staff specially trained in dementia care.

Director of Nurses, Sharon Noffsinger RN, has cared for geriatrics for over 20 years, offering the perfect combination of professionalism and experience. Facility Administrator Bill Beardsley has been working in long-term care since 1995 and brings a seasoned view and leadership to his staff and the residents.

With so much to do at Bortz Health Care of Rose City, the hardest part is choosing! Active minds and hands reduce anxiety and help maintain a higher quality of life for our residents.
